After cleansing your skin, carefully cover a small handful of botanical blend with with boiled water in a bowl. Ensure the steam is not too hot for your skin & then place a towel over your head above the bowl. Take 5-10 minutes to breathe deeply, relax & clear your mind.
When finished gently splash your face with some cool water then pat the skin dry.
